One of the best books on Louisiana cooking, that I have found.
1 of 1 found this helpful I use to live in Louisiana and really appreciate Louisiana Cooking and I also appreciate Kevin Belton as a TV personality and Chef. I own several books on cooking and I am looking forward to
trying a few of Kevin's recipes very soon. I also understand Kevin's forward in this book and find it most interesting and appreciative to his being raised in New Orleans, La. with much respect to his parents.

Great Addition to your Fender Blues Junior
I received my Control Panel Overlay about a week ago and installed it, and It is the BEST addition to your Blues Jr that you can do so inexpensively. I have owned several Blues Jr's and like them a lot but I don't like the control panel being upside down. This product turns that around for you in just minutes. It is Very easy to install and it makes seeing your settings so much easier and the white writing is much easier to see, especially in lower light. I Highly recommend this product and feel certain you will be very satisfied with it.
