Great travel laptop with the latest tech.
This is a nice little laptop for travel. 14" is just the right size for my carry-on. The processor seems fast and it has lots of storage and memory. Win 11 will take a bit of getting used to but the basics are similar to Win 10. I love the fact that is has 2 Thunderbolt ports that can multi-task as power source and data transfer as well as charging external devices like my phone if needed. Also the 2 regular usb ports are also latest technology. And of course the price was awesome, being refurbished but its "certified refurbished" by Acer so it carries a 2 year warranty.
The only negatives are 1) the Acer tech folks did not answer my questions totally about ports and charging (they are saying I HAVE TO USE the included charger while everything I read around the web says there are plenty of them I can use and 2) there was NO paperwork in the box with the PC, only the computer and charger. Normally at least a sheet explaining the ports should have been included.
