  The card was received in a cut up binder sleave sealed with a lot of tape as protection. The mailman mixed it into the neighbors’ mail so I’m unsure if it had any 3rd party manipulation. The card had a minor scratch on the foil not found in the photo. (not sure if the seller has any fault as my neighbor may have opened it first by mistake) otherwise it was in great shape.

  Would not recommend buying cards from this seller. The card was just thrown in a plastic bag in an envelope, without a toploader or even a sleeve. Seller’s negligence led to the card being delivered bent, scratched and nicked. Anyone with even the slightest bit of knowledge about Pokemon cards know that they’re fragile, and should not be loosely packaged like that.
