lightweight, good value travel adapter
Good for its purpose and fits sockets. Maybe a little flimsy for permanent use with imported devices, but excellent value for the low price and advertised use (short term travel adapter)

Adequate accuracy with excellent value
Bio-electrical impedance analysis (BIA) is a commonly used method for ESTIMATING body composition. This is our first body composition device so there is no personal experience for comparison to other similar devices.My belief after a week of use is that this scale provides 'adequate' indicators but not high accuracy in body composition measurements. The apps use of algorithms, and not purely sensors, in many of the results is sometimes quite obvious, with dishearteningly flawed results. Even with the above I have become hooked. The device was easy to set-up and is simple to use. The app is clear and the interface user friendly. After comparing different family members over time the majority of the measurements appeared reasonably accurate, and small changes did show up. The overall result is that I now have an easy to use DAILY SELF MEASURED reminder of my body composition, with changes and trends, resulting in positive health corrective actions (e.g. clearly showed the benefit of small weight loss, and the benefit of increased water intake). This scale has increased awareness and involvement in MY PERSONAL HEALTH, is excellent value, and is strongly recommended to anyone who wishes to monitor their health and body composition (with adequate accuracy).

Needs additional costly software
