Worked great out of the box
Easy replacement (just 3 screws) using instructions in the Dell's service manual for Inspiron 11z 1121.
Good quality.
If you zoom in the picture of the keyboard, you will see that some keys (Caps lock, shift, page up, page down, home, end, Alt Gr) are from a German keyboard but that does not bother me. They still work like they are supposed to on a US keyboard.
