When I purchased this doll everything went very smoothly until I didn’t get my package when it said it had been delivered. I contacted the seller and she responded with concern that I didn’t receive it. She was very helpful and worked with me on the situation and it turned out it was delivered to the wrong address. She was very responsive with all my messages. Thank you so much for all your help and concern. Very satisfied!!

Best packaging EVER. Heavy duty box so USPS can not crush it. Fragile stickers. Dolls wrapped in tissue paper and bubble wrap.
