Quality not gimmickry.
Heavy pigmentation. Good saturation. Excellent in both washes and in concentration. Good choice of colours. No gimmicks, just quality ingredients.

Good but has been better
This has always been a go to quality paper for watercolour. I have found recently however that the quality is not as good as it once was. In my opinion.
It is still a good starting place for someone to work from.
