Dissapointed..
Disappointed in this cooler, it says 2500 rpm I was have heating problems with my laptop so I was excited to get this one with 2500 rpm, which it's not from what I can see comparing it to an older cooler I have that runs at around 1000-1200 rpm, this one runs about the same-no difference-improvement. The stand for this new one will not stay closed, if you are not using the stand every time you pick up the cooler/laptop the stand will flop open/down so I had to tape it for it to stay closed, I do not use the adjustable stand. Every time you restart your laptop you have to reset the fan speed, it will not stay to the setting when you last use it-set it at, so extra wear and tear on the settings with resetting the fan speed every time you start your laptop. So this was TopMate cooler is a let down for me, going to see if there is a 5,000 rpm laptop cooler out there so maybe it will really be around 2500, I think the mfg's double the rpm speed to what they really are, maybe they first spin that fast when they first start up up but go down after that...As I'm typing this my lap top feels-running as warm as my old 1,000 rpm cooler....

Sticks out kinda far when plugged in, and the bright red light on it says on all the time, had put a piece of electrical tape over it to cover it up...
