Drain cleaner worked well but with problems in the beginning
1 of 1 found this helpful The drain cleaner did its job as expected. However, when I first I got the machine, it failed to start up. I found that this was due to a short circuit caused from the contact between one of the screws and a big capacitor (in the forward/reverse switch box). This would be a fault from the manufacturers.
After fixing this issue, the drain cleaner started properly. It was able to successfully cut/pull small roots in our drain. However, I can imagine that this would only be effective for small jobs.
