Terrible product. Soo poorly made. Had it 6 months and nothing but issues.
I knew getting into these printers it’s not a straight forwards plug n print thing. In 6 months of owning this printer I have went through 3 fans, a hot bed, 8-10 hot ends, 3 wiring looms(one which actual caught on fire and melted through!) endless amounts of filament wasted due to malfunctions, an extruder, extruder bearings, 2 control boards and countless hot end nozzles. Don’t get me wrong it’s good value for the build volume. Just a shame it rarely gets to build up to any volume. Anycubic do try and help by sending parts to you till you go away basically but when you have spent longer fixing up a printer than the time it takes to restore a classic car you will see the flaw. Don’t know if I’ve received a bit of a lemon with this printer but I’m done with it. Although I was offered a 10% refund. You wouldn’t buy a faulty brand new car and accept a 10% refund because it spends half its life broken down or waiting on parts. A full refund or a full replacement printer is about all I will accept now. I’m done spending countless hours fixing the bloody thing. I get they try to do all they can to help you repair these but surely they should see a point when they have sent too much parts and it’s time to cut their loses and replace the whole thing. Only thing that’s not gave me any issues is the framework. Good job anycubic. The static parts work well….
