Magenta ink not working

Installed cartridges and ran printing tests, Magenta ink not working. Ran "Head Cleaning" few times. Magenta ink not working. Ordered a Magenta ink again. Printer is near new, first ink replacement.

Average quality compared to the one in mobile phone box.

The earphone looks like the genuine one ( the one came with my Samsung phone in the box,) but of a lower qualty. The sound quality is similar to the genuin one. The volume and pause buttons work. The cable tends to entangle as it is made of rubber and is sticky, this is main difference between this item and the genuine one.
