exactly what I wanted, prompt, and speedy delivery, the x-tra bonus was SUPER nice too
Perfect size to immediately grab and hold in hand ready to use. I use mine when riding my bicycle and doge chance me and try to attack. Once a big dog jumped it's fence and began chancing chasing me, barking and growling while bearing it's teeth and I actually feared for my life. Even though I sprayed, it it still came charging after me before it stopped. Thank goodness I had the pepper spray. Otherwise who knows what would happend

Personal motivation. Easy to read, comprehend, and understand

It has been brought to my attention that this book is perfect for learning how to interact with others. Not just for salespeople who intend to increase their sales commission.
But rather HOW learn to improve your communication and listening skills, so that one can interact with others and get along better. Even with those who have different (even polar opposite) views as yourself whether they may be political, social, economic, environmental, religious, or spiritual. Or all the above.
This book gives you techniques to sharpen your already good skills but to improve upon them.
