Definitely Worth Watching!
I don't think any review I could write about this product would be worth reading as I bought it as a gift for my husband, who has spent the last three years raving on about it, whilst telling me how much I would hate it! What I like most about it however is that fact that my husband was wrong as usual, and I have enjoyed every episode that I have watched so far! I have to say that 'Rover' is annoying though!

Forsyte Saga - Complete Collection: BRILLIANT!
Having watched the screen version, I have finally obtained a fantastic adaptation of the classic Forsyte Saga! Series one takes you through the falling in love of Soames Forsyte (Damian Lewis), a solicitor from a powerful Victorian family, with Irene Heron (Gine McKee). His possessiveness drives her into the arms of a struggling architect, thus throwing the family into a bitter feud. Tragedy follows, and still Soames will not free Irene from her marriage to him, declaring that she is his! Their divorce becomes an unspoken family secret leading to more unhappiness when their children from future relationships meet, knowing nothing of what has happened in the past. And nobody will tell them..... Soames' daughter displays much of her father's character, as does Irene's son - the son that should have been Soames'. Ten, hour long episodes make this compulsive viewing! The excellent performance by Damian Lewis as Soames leaves you in no doubt as to why Irene grew to hate her husband as he tightened his grip on her throughout their marriage. Rupert Graves who plays Soames' cousin also gives an excellent performance as a man who fights for true love. Buy a copy today - you won't be disappointed!
