There was no mention of any functional issue in the listing. I reached out to the seller for information or next steps and they responded “I’m sorry to hear that.” That was the entire message. Returning would require me to pay shipping, so I’m just going to see if someone local can fix it.

It looks good and the buttons on the surface of the controller all function, as do the top triggers but the backside triggers have compressed buttons that don’t allow them to function properly. Most people probably don’t use the backside triggers; and I for one usually don’t; but it would have been nice if the description would have stated that it’s possible the controller doesn’t have all its functionality. But for the low price; kinda expected.

Hard to expect anything better at this price point though.
