Sounds strange particularly after item won at such low price & not damaged not ‘noticed’ until after auction when item attracted such low sale price & pick up was attempting to be organised with seller. Suggest seller check condition listed BEFORE listing & list at the price they would want to avoid disappointment.

Broke quicky

Awesome Powerbank
Charges my Macbook Pro and Surface Pro 7 at 60watts. Lots of capacity. The two USB-C ports plus the USB-A port are great and the labels on the ports are very useful. The best powerbank in the world right now IMO (May 2020).
