Escort Passport 8500 X50 Blue Radar Detector
I own the original 8500 which is an excellent detector, but wanted to upgrade to the newer 8500 X50 due to all the reviews I had read. I also liked the blue display instead of red. It does what it claims and I really like it a lot since recieving and using it. I bought this as a refurbished unit from Escort, and also recieved a 6 month warranty something you don't get from a regular seller. I couldn't and you couldn't tell its used. These things are built like a tank and are pretty much undestructable. You'd have to throw them around and abuse them, I mean really abuse them. Anyway you can't go wrong with an Escort detector.
