They were great at communicating and thought all would fine once I received the item. Showed the holes my trunk already has and they said it would probably fit. Once I got the item turns out I have to drill another hole. Would have been nice if I was told I would need to drill another hole from the start, not a “probably” Paint was right, but in the sun it has a green tint to it. Overall good communication, my expectations were high, but was kinda disappointed in the end
