the company who sells this phone is 5 star, quick mailing. The phone uses TWO sim cards and ATT doesnt like to give out 2 sims so some features didnt work as well. Truthfully I bought this as a secondary phone as my SAMSUNG Galaxy 4 wont pick up most towers. Vacation needed a working phone, texting was slower on this and info seemed to take longer to access, but again some of that could have been due to the ONE sim. Trouble setting time zone and isn't as easy as the galaxy but for price and use - great.
