I paid a premium for it because it was new (if you include shipping). It was sent in a box with directions, just not from the same manufacturer. It had light scratches, bunged screw heads and had been paired to another system. I contacted him, he admitted it was used, I asked for a partial refund and never heard back. Why neutral? It worked fine and had fairly fast shipping.
