good delivery time and nice book
very practical guide and helpful book for managers. Describes reasons for success as professional and failure to be a good manager.
Many managers are intelligent and well educated, but they do not have the tools to be successful managers. how can they fix this ? this book will help.

Expectations should be adjusted
1 of 1 found this helpful I had my iPhone 4S with its battery lasting for 10-12 hours at most. I replaced with this new battery. The battery lasts almost the same time and maybe 1 hour more. After 2 weeks of using it, now the battery does not reach 100% charged. The maximum it reached after being left in the charges for many hours is 73%. It does not go above that while charging.
When I use it, It goes down 10% after each call I make.
If you think this battery will improve your phone performance, adjust your expectations. It will not enhance anything.
The tools included are good and easy to use.
I made one conference call for 40 minutes and the battery lost 40%.
Just be aware of that.
