seller advertised item as having no damage flowers were broken with petals missing. item arrived much later than advertised and was badly packaged. item was in bottom of box without packaging under it. only protection over the top. nothing on parcel to say its contents were fragile. box arrived squashed .will not buy from this seller again and would not recommend them

The speakers were meant to be unused. They were splattered with paint. The seller did not pay postage to get them delivered to me so I had to pay £4.70 to get the parcel delivered by the post office. The seller refunded me the £4.70 but put the refund against the cost of the speakers so when he refunded me the cost of the speakers it was short by £4.70. Ebay are going to refund me the £4.70. I will not use this seller again.
