You'll be sorry if you buy this refurbished.
1 of 1 found this helpful Bought this TV as a refurbish from Circuit City.com(same Company as Tiger direct) arrived with no remote and no documentation. Called Tiger Direct (Circuit City) they told me to call Toshiba. Toshiba said they don't supply remotes with refurbs.???? After 3 hours worth of calls to Tiger Direct(Circuit city I finally got an RMA number. Worst experience I've ever had with an internet purchase. Will never buy from Toshiba, Tiger direct or Circuit city.com. I see they are still showing the picture of the unit complete with remote and manuals-- false advertising. Buy it new--maybe OK-Toshiba cust service sucks, refurb-- stay away. Picture OK-- Sound sucked.
