Spray paint booth is good value for the money
1 of 1 found this helpful I love the product. It works as advertised. A minor issue with the english instructions (I siuspect that it was translated from the original chinese, and maybe the pictures were a bit small), but once assembled, it is quiet, and has good airflow. But there are some things that I am doing to enhance this product. I have fitted a cardboard base to capture my test sprays, and a high intensity LED light to the outside to shine through the translucent plastic which allows the model being sprayed to be seen clearly.

Nice profile, and easy to solder
The ladders are a fine profile, and are easy to solder. The packaging is good, and the cardboard backing prevents accidental bending in the post. Ideal for ladders - particularly on signals

Good guide for someone attempting their first scratch built loco
1 of 1 found this helpful I have always been interested in scratch building model locomotives, and an up to date book, containing full colour photographs, at a good price was hard to pass. Simon Bolton starts the book with an easy to read introduction of tools, supplies, and techniques, and then gets onto scratch building an LNER J15 0-6-0 locomotive in 4mm scale in detail.
The locomotive is quite simple, which is an ideal subject for someone 's first loco project.
Whilst I consider Guy Williams and Iain Rice's (Wild Swan publications) approaches to scratch building superior, those books assume the reader has a bit more experience.
Simon's book contains great pictures, and crisp diagrams, and is recommended.
