Disappointing Product
I have attempted to make 2 different units work with no success. Apparently there was an update available for the firmware that can no longer be found. The unit is very finicky on what media needs to be used, and Samsung's customer support us unable to provide support. Very disappointing product for Samsung.

Great for Traveling
This unit is great for traveling instead of having to tolerate the units within the room at the ski resort, plus to keep on hand if the main unit for the home experiences problems.

Great Product
Bought this for my father that has done nothing but rave about it since he received it. Product is highly recommended on several sources out on the internet, and it did not disappoint.
