Get it if you can.

If you want a super telephoto prime and a 2.8 is out of range, this is it. Takes a 1.4X or 2.0X extender, and keeps AF. With both extenders, you have a 400, 560, 800mm. If this is still out of your range, go 100-400 IS II. 1.4X ext will still work with good results.
