It doesn’t work . The internal timer clo...

It doesn’t work . The internal timer clock doesn’t work at all, the power supply to the lights work when operated by hand on the set clock time mode . I have the same unit , and it lasted 15 years .even though this unit appears new , it won’t work . How do I do a return please ?
