Lots of fun after a few upgrades
This car is excellent for an entry level. It's very durable. Although not so fast with the stock components, a simple motor upgrade (i went for the Tamiya sport-tuned motor) turns it into a beast. Have in mind that although 2WD configuration makes it simpler and more reliable, a 4WD would definitely be a lot easier to control.
Also worth mentioning, that the chassis of this car is not a platform chassis, which means that most of the parts are not interchangeable with other Tamiya models.
I also recommend replacing the stock friction dampers with oil filled.

The first go-to option for Optiplex 9010 MT
1 of 1 found this helpful This board is the best for Dell Optiplex 9010 MT. It has all the features of big branded boards and costs half the price. The only bad thing is that the first board died on me (after 6 years). But then again, this can happen to any board.
