Meh...
1 of 2 found this helpful It isn’t cooling at all, it’s just like a normal pillow in that respect.
It’s also not high enough or firm enough, I had to use the insert pads from a previous pillow (different brand) to make I what I need. Which is strange, because all the reviews I read. Who’re buying said the pillow was extremely firm.
