Express shipping to get box and user manual?

Overall the calculator has no issues, it works great. What I don't get, however, is what are you going to do with the extra box and user manual? Why not just include them? It seems like an unnecessary restriction to put on customers and the price of including the user manual shouldn't warrant the extra $6 for express shipping.
