Soothing for Heels
These are good for people who have to stand on hard surfaces for long periods of time.
They would be good for uncomfortable shoes, like high heels or new shoes. They provide
a soft gel cushion and the best thing about them is they go with you when you change shoes.
The only thing I don't like is that the silicone does not breath and so it does get a bit sweaty.
They are very easy to wash, dry and wear.

Does the job!
It is comfortable and even though it is not gel but foam it offers good support. In fact as gel can often slide to the side I think the foam gives better support. Even if the foam does compress over time and needs replacing, the price is very competitive and well worth it.
