Very good lightweight sound recorder!
3 of 3 found this helpful Very good recorder! You can record on Olympus LS-P4 not only voice but even the sound of the bus engine and thunder with high precision audio transmission (low-frequency)! Tested on the Neoplan N4016NF bus. Compared with Zoom H4n pro Handy recorder, LS-P4 records bass frequences much better, and it's 4 times lighter! It has sleep mode, once you press Stop button, and it wakes up! Central microphone is very good! Very high build quality! No body squeaks! The only disadvantag is that it has only 30 mic levels when recording and there is no Bass and Bass2 presets in EQ when playing music (like in Sony voice recorders), the bass feels somehow weak. Bluetooth cannot be used for file transmitting.
