I would highly recommend this book. It's full of excellent suggestions for self defense and attacking an opponent.

Superb
I may be a bit prejudice since I wrote the book, but I feel it's one of my best.
Someday I hope they make it into a movie along with Sharkey & The Space Pirates
and the other related books.
