Say Good Night to Insomnia ...Harvard Med Schl Program
I originally ordered this with my daughter in mind. She is sometimes bothered by insomnia. I decided to read it and I liked everything about it, though an index would be useful. A clear and easy read. Because I have Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), I found the info on light and sleep phases very interesting. My conclusion: Whether you are an occasional insomniac or one who frequently experiences insomnia, or if you are just interested in one of society's ever-discussed problems, the information is extremely useful.

Exercise adaptable for most everybody - smooth and flowing.
1 of 1 found this helpful Miranda's background and knowledge of how the body works makes me, at 90 years of age, feel confident in starting to do some of her exercises shown for posture improvement. Her routines are not just for the spandex set. The moves appear to be smooth and flowing, kind to the body, the best I've seen. My doctor encourages me to do more exercise, so I am glad to have found an appropriate approach and can't wait to get started.
