Pretty good so far
1 of 1 found this helpful Quick delivery, Ordered on Friday night received tue midday. Product seems to work as well as a single hose unit can be expected. With water in the pan its lowering my 2.7 x 4 x 3 m room by about 7 degrees in a half hour test at 31 ambient. So does actually work. Noise is to be expected, probably ok if at the other end of a room on low, but on high next to my window its a bit of a jet plane - but still liveable for short bursts. Tested with a power meter seems to use 1050w / 4.3 amp max at 31 degrees for a/c function, which isn’t too bad, at 26 c kwh current rate that’s about 25 cents an hour. I suspect that this figure may increase on a 40 degree day. Fan function uses about twice as much power as a regular fan (80w) but also seems to blow a lot more air, with the low setting probably being similar to the high setting of a normal fan. Be nice if there was a lower speed setting. Haven’t tested heating and no idea if it can handle heat wave days or anything about the longevity of the unit but all seems pretty good so far
