Alright but not brilliant
It works but it does not get hot enough so things take ages to cook.
The toasted sandwich plates are rather shallow

Its a classic
Its a classic, well worth in-depth study. OK, many of the recipies are not for everyday eating but all things in moderation. And the techniques, so clearly outlined, stay with you for more moderate fare.
