Possible used part

No sure if this part is new, it appears to have a lot of noise. I bought a NEW bearing to compare too. The bolt that was sent was obviously the wrong part. That was for a front drive axle, not for the rear bearing. It look like someone took out a used bearing( it was not packaged like new) and added a random bolt to the box. I found this questionable. At this time I can not confirm if the part was used or not. I have ordered a now bearing to compare. I have never seen a new bearing sound so bad.
