While the unit arrived undamaged and as described, the packaging on this was subpar for a rare console with a single layer of extremely thin foam wrapping, and the controller in an ebgames bag thrown into the box. It is a miracle it didn't get damaged in shipping. Attempts to communicate with the seller over months have been met with stony silence. Not impressed as this was a birthday gift for my partner.

The seller says camera has issues with Taking videos. It is not an issue, when the camera freezes for 3 minutes after pressing the vidbutton. It is a FAULT. Starting Camera, Message: "RUNNING ON NTSC". Meaning Camera is a grey import camera. A product that is imported and sold outside of the manufacturer's authorized distribution channels. These products are often sold at a lower price than those sold through official channels. Seller says he bought the camera new at JB HIFI, which can't be true
