Love the haakaa
This is a great product and really good quality. Helped heaps during the first few weeks when I had an over supply. Bought 2 so I could wear in the morning for a little and would collect maybe 50mls on each side. You can have it suction as firm or soft just by the way you put it on

Most thin and small nursing pads that don't absorb
The nursing pads would be equivalent of maybe getting a 3ply toliet paper sheet and folding it in half. I stuffed 3 in each bra when I got desperate and it pretty much did nothing. Would not recommend

Fantastic inserts. Absorbs great. Colour runs though
I will be buying some more shortly to add to my stash. They are a great size and perfect for my 17 month old. We use one of these inserts paired with a microfiber insert and are yet to have a leak.
They do need to be washed a few times separately as that leak colour and have made some of my white inserts grey. I'm not that annoyed really though because they actually work great
