    Control arm for height adjustment was unhooked from rear wheel . Had to repair it right out of the box. Fed ex was backlogged from tariffs. Arrived late. No way the seller could foresee these things without opening the box and visually inspecting the mower. The seller DOUBLE boxed the item for safety and was very communicative. None of my complaints fall on the seller. I do NOT blame them. Hence, I gave them

    Like I was saying before the character limit cut me off, I gave the seller five stars for double boxing the item and GREAT communication. Seller had NO way of knowing the mower inside the taped box had a defective control arm and I FIXED IT WITHIN FIVE MINUTES, so no complaints. I was JUST commenting on fed ex being backlogged and greenworks faulty plastic height control arm. Like I said, SELLER DID AND EXCELLENT JOB AND WOULD ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!! Thank you!!!
