Buyer and I had daily talks, texts, emails about this item & issue, well aware that this item was on a rebound sale /refund was reported to be held up by shipping delays with USPS both parties frustrated & with a message from buyer at 9:oo am for immediate response if I heard further I was in a work meeting, against work policy to take personal calls, I broke policy to make sure buyer was responded to, I will ask when able was responded back with wanting refund and nasty review. USPS bad review
