  item as described once I received it, item was damaged in transit and held at parcel force, I contact the seller who say they can't get in touch with PF as its a busy time, I call PF and within 5mins of the call, I had talk to someone who was happy to repackage my parcel and have it shipped out to me without any issues, this is something the seller could not be bothered to do, lazy un-interested sellers, happy to take your money but are not happy to sort out an issue they created

  hi im not sure who you called but as account holders we can only contact business services parcelforce depots dont have direct contact and they have got back to us and your package was already to be sent out as per our request thank you for making the call as this always helps to get them to do things faster .
