Does not fit 2012 Prius C
I have a 2012 PriusC model 3. Recently side button on the key fob that releases the hidden key fell out and broke. After some research I found this product and was very hopeful that it would work, as after contacting the local Toyota Parts Department, I was quoted in the neighborhood of $300+ dollars as they refuse to sell the shell or button/spring, and will only sell you a brand new fob which you must then get programmed and have the blank key cut to match your original. After receiving this shell, I quickly opened it and went to swap over the circuit board/battery, but was very disappointed as the new shell cradle was too narrow to receive the circuit board so it was not possible to close it. I'm not sure how the other years circuit boards look, but the 2012 PriusC has 3 flat sides and one side that starts out flat and parallel to the other side, but then tapers in a few millimetres until it reaches the top of the circuit. This shell's cradle is a rectangle and is too narrow to accept the wider portion of the circuit board around the battery section.

Perfect fit and light weight
Ordered an extra small based on the sizing specifications and it fit my daughter beautifully. Lots of adjustment available with chin straps and adjustment knob on the back of the helmet.
