  Absolute nightmare from beginning to end. Avoid this buyer. I don't offer returns because I'm just a dude, not a store. The buyer bid on my product anyway. After winning the auction and AFTER I SHIPPED they started claiming I was hiding my return policy and demanded a return. They did slimy things like say "You have 24 hours to respond " and in the same hour file complaints. Less than 24 hrs before delivery they claimed no tracking updates were available. Blocked and good riddance.
