I try my best to post items the next day after payment obviously bank holidays and Sunday there will be delays. I recycle and reuse as much as possible when it comes to packages, boxes , bubble wrap paper etc. I keep receipts for proof of postage and forward them on to the buyer via email through ebay if required. Good guy very kind and communicative and shipping wasn't too much. packaging was amazing as described. Vinyl l I brought had a couple crackles which weren't described. But all in all amazing experience.

So sorry your record was not up to scratch. I test all my record before dispatch and have owned them from new. I have a vast amount of my collection for sale and am disappointed it's not perfect.
