  The proof of a good business person is in when the sale goes well, but most importantly, what words are used and what action is immediately taken when the opposite occurs. My box arrived crushed with open spots, appearing to have been retaped & was EMPTY! A seller cannot control what happens when a package leaves his/her hands. This seller responded to my need immediately & rectified the issue in hours. 5.0 for item although I did not receive it (field cannot be skioped!) A+ customer service

  The seller recently moved was working very hard looking for the item I purchased but he couldn't find it. The seller was upfront with the matter and the seller felt bad that the seller couldn't shipped the item I purchased and the seller give a full refund for the item and the seller said that was sorry. And I felt bad for the seller that he couldn't ship it and had to give a refund. I didn't blame the seller for losing it and it happens to people all the time. I expect seller sorry😀
