The listing is for a dehumidifier with pump and they sent me a model without the pump feature and no pump in the box and no pump port either! Filed for a return and still haven’t gotten a response from the seller! What a scammer!

We apologize for the mix-up with your order. There was an error at our warehouse, resulting in the incorrect model being sent to you. As already discussed we've issued a full refund for the item, and you are welcome to keep it in your possession, with NO return required. Refunds are not immediate and do take some time to process. However, being labeled as a "scammer" without due process ( eBay's 1-day process) is unjust. We're committed to promptly and correctly resolving any issues.
