Messaged seller at purchase asking if luggage strap was included since not mentioned in the ad. 4 days later I was informed by Ebay (not seller) via canned message that the order was canceled due to item being out of stock or damaged. Sent seller another message 2 days later asking if the item was available but slightly damaged, in which case I might still be interested. Never got the courtesy of a reply to either message. Glad I received refund quickly from Ebay, but I do NOT recommend seller!

Seller never sent item. It seems like I’m not the only one who has never received their order from this guy. Contacted seller twice, he never replied. However when he attempted to sell me another (unrelated) item communication was super fast. Don’t waste your time and money here.
