It's a Sonic collection
However the Plus version for the Xbox which is awesome considering I've been looking for one locally for a long time. Just bit the bullet and brought one online.

It's a old SNES controller
Works as described, needs to be cleaned under the "hood" to work better. It functions as it should minus two things. First is the left portion of the joypad. Feels heavily"gunked up" to which it only performs an on screen action by forcing the pad with some force. Second thing being the right shoulder button in which it goes in as seen in the photo, but it works prefect.
