Great product, good value
1 of 1 found this helpful These gel caps pack 10,000IU of D3 in the same size cap as the 1,000IU capsules. They are soy-free, which is important for me. And I do not have to take a whole lot of pills, I just take one, so that makes them super convenient! As for value, one of these is equivalent to 10 standard D3 capsules at the pharmacy, so they are definitely more affordable.
