Interesting perspectives

Interesting to read about the scope of time and changes in culture it took to get an English translation to be able to be taken seriously. Obviously, a cultural change of great difference had to be taken into account, as well as the changes in linguistic style of English as opposed to the languages in which the text was originally written .
